Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Indiana Realty has changed its leadership team, announcing that COO Craig West and CFO Andrew Braun are acquiring the company from CEO Kevin Kirkpatrick, who will become chairman of the firm. West will assume the CEO role, while Braun will continue on as CFO.
“As the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand continues to grow globally, we have positioned Indiana Realty to take advantage of opportunities that lie ahead for the company, our affiliated partners, brokers and staff, that I still want to be a part of,” says Kirkpatrick. “Craig, Andrew and the team will build on the legacy of excellence that four partners, along with John Dick and I, started 34 years ago. The future is wonderfully bright.”
“It is an honor to take on the role of CEO,” says West. “This is a very exciting time for us; we are experiencing growth in all of our markets by leveraging our partnership with the unparalleled Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand. Staying on top of market changes and providing innovative solutions for our brokers is going to be important for us as we continue to reach new levels of success.”
Both West and Braun were instrumental in leading the company through its transition to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand, according to a company release.
